Spread Trade Bot Disclosure

University of Options provides access to software tools, automation technology, educational resources, and general market commentary. Any market updates, trade alerts, bot activity, or related communications are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered individualized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

By activating the Spread Trade Bot, the member acknowledges and agrees that the software may place trades in their connected brokerage account based on the bot’s programmed criteria, settings, and market conditions. The member understands that while the bot is switched on, any trade placed by the software is considered authorized and approved by the member.

If the member does not wish to participate in a specific trade, future trades, or any bot activity, it is the member’s responsibility to switch off, pause, disconnect, or otherwise disable the bot before trades are placed. University of Options is not responsible for trades executed while the member’s bot remains active.

The member acknowledges that automated trading software and related technology may experience errors, delays, outages, interruptions, connectivity issues, data inaccuracies, programming defects, cybersecurity incidents, or other technical failures. These issues may arise from the Spread Trade Bot, the member’s internet connection or device, third-party data providers, brokerage platforms, application programming interfaces, exchanges, or other systems outside the control of University of Options.

As a result, trades may be delayed, duplicated, rejected, partially filled, executed at an unexpected price, placed in an unexpected quantity, or not placed, modified, or closed as intended. Stop-loss orders, profit targets, alerts, and other risk-management features may also fail to activate or execute as expected. The member understands that University of Options does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, timely execution, specific fill prices, or that the software will prevent or limit losses.

The member remains solely responsible for actively monitoring their brokerage account, positions, orders, available buying power, bot settings, and all trading activity. The member is responsible for taking manual action when necessary, including closing or adjusting positions, canceling orders, disabling the bot, or contacting their brokerage provider.

The member remains solely responsible for understanding the risks involved and determining whether use of the Spread Trade Bot is appropriate for their financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and level of trading experience. Trading options involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Losses may exceed the amount initially anticipated. Past performance, backtested results, hypothetical results, or prior trade examples do not guarantee future results.
